Can You Wear Leggings Under a Skirt? Yes, Here Is the Cold Morning Way

Pick the legging first

The legging decides whether the outfit looks sharp or lumpy. Look for three things.

No front seam

A front seam prints through pleats. The Tiffany Legging and the Jenni Legging both have none.

High waist
