Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our benchmark. If a Pillar product doesn't meet your standards upon arrival or in performance, simply return it. We pledge to repair, replace, or offer a refund if we can't perfect it for you. For natural wear and tear, we promise a reasonable and clear charge for repairs.

If you aren’t in love with your new Pillar Athletics purchase, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Exchanges or Online credit will be issued provided the merchandise is in its original condition. Smoke Free and Damage Free
  • Please note that all sale items are a FINAL SALE. (pre-order items are excluded form this)

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be returned to you immediately.

Reason for return

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. You will receive an email within 48hrs with information on how to return the items.

Special Sale Events

Special sale events, including but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.

Company and Custom Orders

Company orders and Custom orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be excepted unless it has manufacture defect.

Wholesale Orders

Please review our terms before you reach out:

  • We do not process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them.
  • You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location.
  • We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.
  • You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned in the original packaging and in an undamaged condition to be accepted. Additionally, both outbound and return freight costs apply. Regardless if shipping was covered by Pillar Athletics when originally shipped.
  • We do not provide cash refunds.
  • If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
  • Please note that products that are considered non-returnable. These products include but are not limited to: closeout items.

Refund to Original Form of Payment

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. 

Exchanges

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking. During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).
